Absolutely. Your privacy and security is our first priority and we will not share the information you provide us with anyone.
We only use your information to negotiate with your providers on your behalf. We’ll never sell it, share it, or give it away. No matter what.
Can you cancel my service with my provider for me?
If your account has an early termination fee on it, we can work on waiving it for 35% of the ETF savings.
If you just want the account cancelled, we charge a $50.00 flat fee, and are not responsible for any fees you may have to pay the provider for cancelling.
How much does it cost?
Any savings we get, we share with you, making us extremely motivated to save you as much money as possible.
Our standard rate for personal accounts is 35% of whatever billsaverusa saves you.
The best part is if we can’t negotiate a savings for you, our service is 100% free to you!
Will you change my service without my approval?
We always work to get you the best possible price from your provider for your exact same services. Sometimes, we may even get some free upgrades like extra cell phone data, or faster internet, But If we receive an offer you might be interested in that involves a downgrade or contract, we’ll reach out to you before pulling making the deal. You are always in control of things like that.
Are there any bills you won’t work on?
There are several bills that we are not yet set up to work on yet, though we’re working to expand our negotiation services in the future!

Is this whole process difficult for me to utilize?
Nope! Just upload your bills and we’ll be good to go! To save you hassle, we’ll just call using your name, but if you prefer a little hassle, you can call your provider and add us as official authorized users.
If we’re offered a contract or something that requires changes to the account, we’ll let you know via a quick email, but otherwise the next thing you hear from us should be good news!
How do you get paid?
Once we negotiate a savings, we’ll send you an email to let you know how much we’ve saved! Then, we split the savings with you, we get 35% and you get 65% of the savings!!
We will E-mail you an invoice.
You can pay the invoice with a credit card. The cards we accept include Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
How do I upload my bill to your site?
The best way to upload a bill to our site is to get an electronic copy of the bill as a PDF from your provider’s website. You can also take a picture on your phone and download it on the site. Any information you download is 100% secure, so no worries.
How long will this whole process take?
We’ll start working as soon as we receive your bills. We finish most bill negotiations within one billing cycle, sometimes way sooner. But if you’d like to check the current status of any particular bill, just email or call, and we’ll let you know where things stand.
Do you negotiate past due bills?
We will only negotiate bills that are current.
